Gayatri Mantra – गायत्री मंत्र
The Gayatri Mantra is a very powerful and popular mantra of the VEDAS. It is also known as Savitri or Guru or Maha Mantra. Apart from Atharva Veda it is found in all three other VEDAS. This mantra is known to be the protector of life. The Gayatri mantra is also known as VED Mata (mother of knowledge).

‘O God, the Giver of life, Remover of pains and sorrows, Bestower of happiness and Creator of the Universe, You are most luminous, pure and adorable. We meditate on You. May You inspire and guide our intellect in the right direction.
